Coronavirus, also known as Covid-19, has had an impact on the whole world affecting every country, every area, every street and every home.
The UK Government continue to regularly release information on lockdowns and restrictions put in place to reduce the infection rate of Coronavirus across the country. As these announcements are made we'll be sharing information and resources to help answer some of your questions.


From 4th January 2021there will be a National Lockdown imposing tougher restrictions on the country to bring down the Coronavirus infection rate. This means that you must stay at home except for specific purposes, such as food, work, education, exercise or medical reasons.

Set goals for yourself with a daily or weekly routine to help fulfil a sense of achievement.
